About “NER”
North East Rubber Public Company Limited (“NER”) was established and registered on 12 June 2006 to operate the manufacturing and distribution business for Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS), Standard Thai Rubber (STR) and Mixtures Rubber, distributing to the manufacturers in both domestic and foreign automobile industry and middleman group, for instance, The People’s Republic of China, Japan, Singapore, Bangladesh, and India, etc. In addition, the Company conducts the rubber quality analysis under its own operation pursuant to the Rubber Control Act B.E. 2542 (1999), and commits to manufacture products conforming to the international standards, continuously develop the quality to ensure the manufacture of rubbers which are quality and accepted from both domestic and foreign customers.

The Company is specialized in rubber products manufacturers as para rubber processing industry and natural rubber-made products for suppliers and distribution in both domestic and foreign countries.
Standard Thai Rubber (STR)
Standard Thai Rubber (STR) / Briquette Standard Thai Rubber is a primary natural para rubber product derived from the chopping, grinding and crushing processes of cuplump rubber, crepe rubber (scrap rubbers from sheet rolling), and other natural rubber scraps to be homogeneously mixed, and then taking them to pass heat aging in square feature with size according to the standards as determined by Rubber Division. It is the origin of the product title of “Standard Thai Rubber”. The rubber quality grading of STR has more precise measuring variables than sheet rubber, and its testing parameters are certainly defined according to the standards of the Department of Agriculture. However, the samples of the general comparative testing parameters which are popular for using are Mooney, Po, and Dirt, etc. After testing and acquiring the parameters corresponding to the standards, the product is contained in plastic bag, and Colour Code and Product Type are also specified according to the requirement of Thai Standard Rubber Standards.
Mixtures Rubber
Mixtures Rubber or semi-natural primary rubber product is a product derived from adding synthetic rubbers and/or chemicals into natural para rubber according to properties or characteristics based on the customer group’s requirements, and it is called “Mixtures Rubber”. The comparative testing standards of Mixtures Rubber are similar to Standard Thai Rubber, but different at testing parameters according to the additional mixtures. Product packaging is similar to briquette STR, but its colour code is differently defined.
Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS)
Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) / Briquette Ribbed Smoked Sheet is a primary natural rubber sheet which passed the production process by heat aging, using smoke derived from combustion to simultaneously fumigate and coat the rubber surface, and then grade and classify the rubber quality according to the extensive common requirements, such as dirt, bubble, colour, and colour uniformity, mixed substances, and moldiness. However, three quality grades of RSS, popular for using in downstream industry markets, manufactured by the Company are Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 4 RSS according to the descending grade of rubber quality, respectively

The quality is controlled from upstream to downstream to give the best quality of life to livestock around the world. The rubber mat has properties of flexibility and durability, which helps to effectively support the weight of livestock and reduce injuries, leading to cost reduction for farmers in caring for their livestock and resulting in good yields in terms of both quantity and quality.
